Welder – Classic Cars
Due to expansion we are looking for a Welder with experience of Classic Car Restoration OR if you are a passionate Classic Car Resoration hobbyist and want to improve your skills and turn you hobby into a job you love this could be the position for you.
Duties will include:
* Restoration and welding of classic car body shells with some fabrication of panels and sections as required
* The adjustment of purchased panels to fit.
* Training/guidance is available if required.
You will need to be:
* Proficient and experienced in MIG Welding, ideally with some experience of welding cars.
* 3 years MIG Welding is essential.
Mobile Welding Services was established in 2005 and has progressed from 1 man in a van to a workforce of 9 in a large workshop with 8 bays plus storage. We generally have 25-30 Cars in our care at any one time and have a very well establshed client base comprising long term regular clients through to a steady and regular flow of new incoming clients. Due to popular demand and with an eye on the future of the Classic Car industry we are investigating/researching options for "Green Conversions" such as Hydrogen IC or Electric in order to future proof our position within the industry whatever the future may bring.
