We have an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to join a friendly team based in Kettering.
Main Duties of the role will include –
Leading and managing a small team which will include holding appraisal meetings, absence management, holidays and performance management.
Preparing and serving lunches (hot and cold) to staff and visitors
Providing hospitality for external visitors and meetings
Stock control, ordering of food/beverages/consumables from suppliers as required
Ensuring the cleanliness of the Kitchen, Dining Room and Equipment
Any other ad hoc duties such as replenishing stock in the vending machinesThe ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (refresher training can be be provided) must have experience in hospitality/provision of catering facilities and leading a small team. Will be used to working towards deadlines, have good communication skills and able to use a computer. A Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate would also be desirable.
This is a part time role working from 8am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday (with a 30 minute break.)
