A successful communications business with several large sites across the UK and Europe is looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to join their flourishing Operations Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the long- and short-term capacity planning to aid the business and their clients.
Responsibilities:
* Producing long-term and short-term production forecasting schedules for operations staff & clients.
* Tracking production reports to flag issues that could impact delivery requirements.
* Liaising with operational management to prioritize tasks that need done to fulfil SLAs.
* Analysing data across departments to recognise trends and plan more efficiently.
* Ensuring all deliveries are fulfilled and delivered on time and in full.
* Managing stock levels are adequate to meet client needs.
* Generating end of month stock reports
Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience in a planning role within a large organisation is desirable.
* Proven ability to sort and analyse large volumes of data to deliver accurate forecasts.
* Excellent IT systems experience (Excel spreadsheets, Word, Outlook etc.)
