Workshop Controller
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
Our client are a leading, family run business with many successful years’ experience in their industry and they currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to provide support and work alongside the Service Manager.
Salary circa £25,000 – £30,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
As Workshop Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
* First point of contact to book in Workshop jobs
* Scheduling of Workshop jobs in electronic diary
* Contacting customers to advise of job completion
* Promoting product support
* Proactively contacting customers to grow the business
* Requesting of order numbers, where applicable
To be successful in the role of Workshop Controller, you will possess the following qualities:
* Confident in the use of computers, with the ability to learn new systems
* Highly organised and able to prioritise
* Comfortable working in a team but also on an individual basis
* Strong attention to detail
* Would suit candidates with a service background
This position is based near Newton Abbot and is easily commutable from Chudleigh, Humber, Teignmouth, Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth.
