Location: Portbury
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 4:30pm
Igloo are recruiting for a Workshop Scheduler to work in the Portbury area near Bristol. The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies who have operations across the country.
The Role:
* Lead workshop scheduling (Scheduling vehicles for production).
* Support the accessory and additional work business stream.
* Manage, review, and improve systems.
* Develop and create reports for internal and customer use.
* Ensure reports are maintained and developed to provide required output in line with the agreed customer contracts.
* Ensure reporting covers all areas which could cause customer concern or complaint.
* Monitor operational processes and production to ensure the scheduled volumes are achieved in line with customer SLA’s/KPI’s.
* Liaise with the customer to ensure queries/needs are fulfilled.
* Assist in managing the dated-delivery process to ensure fleet customer expectations are met.
* Ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPI performance is achieved.
* Minimise costs through efficient working practises.
* Be active in the development and integration of ISO.
* Stand in for the administration manager as and when required.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to have the below attributes:
* Have a flexible attitude towards all depot activities.
* Ability to work under pressure at peak periods to meet vehicle ETA’s.
* Prioritisation of tasks and collect information effectively.
* Excellent computer skills with a knowledge and experience of manufactures/OEM systems and Microsoft office applications.
* Be receptive to working overtime when required.
* Has the motivation for progression within the business
